Overview
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase and wish to return it for a full refund*, please ensure that the goods are returned in perfect saleable condition, in their original packaging, with invoice as proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt to:

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 10-15 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods. Please note: the cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is the customer’s responsibility.
Sale items are non returnable and cannot be exchanged.

*Please note: items excluded from this policy are sale Items, and personalised items. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at handstitchedhome@gmail.com and send your item to: Hand Stitched Homes, 34 Booth Street, Audley, ST7 8EP.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Hand Stitched Homes, 34 Booth Street, Audley, ST7 8EP.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours from receiving your order. If it will take longer or your order cannot be fulfilled within the time frame specified, we will contact you at the earliest convenience.

Please note that International shipping outside the EU may incur customs and duty charges for which the customer will be liable.
Personalised items: Please note when ordering that the lead time for this is usually 2 weeks from the date ordered. Please contact us for urgent orders.
